Malvasia is one of the historic vines of the Friuli hills. It grows well in poor marl-based soils with warm and sunny exposures where, after a long maturation of the grapes, it is harvested and pressed at low temperatures. Static decantation follows in the absence of sulfur dioxide to then be vinified and aged in steel for 8 months, what is obtained is a rich and complex wine but at the same time fragrant and aromatic.
