The Structure
In 1990, after finally coming into possession of the terrain and cellars of the Archbishop’s palace, Mario began work on his new cellar which he personally designed.
A modern cellar of human dimension, designed to be efficient and technologically advanced, in order to obtain the best result from the grapes after the careful work in the vineyards.
The structure is in the centre of the vineyards and it is one of the few cellars in the world to be completely surrounded by its own vineyards .
